Cancellation and No-Show Policies

Cancellation Policy:

At Wellness Lifestyle, we recognize that everyone’s time is valuable. When you

schedule an appointment with us, that block of time is dedicated fully to you! If you are no longer able

to keep your appointment time, we ask that you inform us as soon as possible so that space may be

offered to another client. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled

appointment time. You will not be charged a fee when cancelling at least 24 hours in advance.

Late Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled time,

you will be responsible for paying a late cancellation fee of 50% of your originally scheduled service. In

addition, you may be required to prepay for future appointments.

No-Show Policy:

For any appointment that results in a no-call/no-show, you will be responsible for

paying the full price of your scheduled service. In addition, you may be required to prepay for future

appointments.

Exceptions:

Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
